We worked with The Legend JB Rader to put together the his great tasting Corn and Barley Mash Kit,
This Mash recipe will get you started with an amazing Moonshine Mash that’s sure to produce some outstanding Moonshine!
By using only the highest quality supplies for these kits it sets you up for success as you grow in this craft. All Ingredients in these kits come pre-measured with easy-to-follow recipes, to increase your ability to produce a great tasting end product. All you need to provide is water and your choice of Sugar, and the equipment nessasary to mash in.
Each Kit will include Instructions for both Cooking and Seeping the Grains with recipes for Sweet and Sour Mash
Flavor Profile:
Hickory King White Corn, traditionally used in Moonshine, Bourbons and Whiskeys, is rich with a sweet flavor. You might taste notes of vanilla and maple and sweet and nutty notes from the Malted Barley
You can also age on charred Wood Chips or in a barrel to change the flavor.
